Sleep Disorders Program Includes:
- Clarity call – Video Consultation (30 min) and Assessment of the presenting issue
- 1-3 private sessions, depending on the intensity of the issue (First session 90 minutes and subsequent 60 minutes each)
- Modalities include Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
- Training of techniques (tools) that can be self-practised on a daily basis
- Post therapy support with self-practice techniques and personalised audio recordings
- Follow up calls on 3rd day of the sessions
- Follow up call on 7th and 15th day of the last session
- Follow up session of 30 minutes within 3 months from the last obtained session
