Weight Management Program Includes:
- Clarity call – Video Consultation (30 min) and Assessment of the presenting issue
- 8-12 sessions (First session 2 hours and subsequent 60 minutes each) to work towards your goal weight and size
- Systematic Weekly sessions over a span of 2-3 months
- Techniques to overcome resistance and procrastination
- Training of techniques (tools) that can be self-practised on a daily basis
- Breathing techniques and exercises
- Daily and weekly reports to keep the tempo and motivation going
- Post therapy support with self-practice techniques and personalised audio recordings
- Follow up calls on 3rd day of the sessions
- Follow up call on 7th and 15th day of the last session
- Follow up session of 30 minutes within 3 months from the last obtained session
