1.Nature of Services (Holistic & Non-Medical)

Shubh Healing Lifestyle Consultancy provides holistic lifestyle management, hypnotherapy, wellness guidance, and self-development services delivered through online consultations & sessions.

These services are offered strictly as non-medical and non-clinical. They are designed to support personal growth, emotional well-being, motivation, and lifestyle balance.

For the avoidance of doubt:

• The services are not regulated medical services under the Department of Health (DOH), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), or Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP).
• The services are delivered in the capacity of a holistic lifestyle consultant/wellness practitioner, and not as a medical doctor or clinical healthcare provider for these sessions.
• Shubh Healing Lifestyle Consultancy provides online, digital services only.
• Services are delivered digitally and are available to both UAE and international clients with the same delivery process and timelines.
• We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods.

The services provided:

• Do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, psychotherapy, or treatment
• Are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care

Clients are advised to seek advice from a licensed medical professional for any physical or psychiatric condition.

2.Service Delivery Policy

• All services are delivered online via video conferencing or digital communication platforms.
•  No physical products are shipped.
• There are no delivery or shipping charges.
• Service access details are shared before the scheduled session.

3.Eligibility to Book

By booking an appointment through this website, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or below, booking with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to book, register, or transact on this website.
• All information provided during the booking process is accurate, complete, and current
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
• Services will not be provided to individuals or entities located in OFAC-sanctioned countries or where prohibited by UAE law.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities conducted under their account.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

4.Online Booking & Appointment Confirmation

• Appointments are confirmed only upon successful completion of the online booking process and receipt of payment (where applicable).
• A confirmation email or message will be sent to the contact details provided at the time of booking.
• Shubh Healing Lifestyle Consultancy reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances, including technical issues or unavailability.

5.Medical Disclaimer & No-Cure Statement & Assumption of Risk

The services provided by Shubh Healing Lifestyle Consultancy:

• Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
• Do not guarantee outcomes, results, or therapeutic benefits
• Are based on subjective experiences that may vary from person to person

By participating in the services, clients:

• Acknowledge that results are not guaranteed
• Accept full responsibility for their participation and decisions
• Voluntarily assume any risks associated with the use of the services

In the event of a medical or psychological emergency, clients must seek immediate assistance from licensed medical professionals or emergency services.

6.Client Consent

By proceeding with a booking, clients expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The services are holistic and educational in nature
•   They accept full responsibility for their participation
• They understand the limitations of the services
• They have been advised to consult licensed medical professionals     when required
• A separate Client Consent Form may be required before sessions.

7.Fees, Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments must be made through Visa/Mastercard.
• Payment confirmation is sent to the customer via email and/or WhatsApp.
• Confirmation is typically received within a few minutes, and in rare cases within 24 hours.
• Prices are subject to change at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
•  Shubh Healing Lifestyle Consultancy is not responsible for technical issues or failures of third-party payment gateways.
• The merchant does not store, process, or pass any debit/credit card details to third parties. Payments are handled securely through the authorised payment gateway.
•  Cardholders are advised to retain a copy of transaction records and the website’s (https://shubhhealing.ae/)  policies and terms & conditions.

Price Transparency

Clients will be informed of the exact cost of:

• Initial consultations – AED 300
• Initial Session – AED 650
• Individual sessions – AED 500
• Specialized Packages: Fees are customised based on the nature, duration, and scope of the therapy programme and will be communicated to the client in advance, before confirming their booking.
•  The price and currency displayed at checkout will be the same price and currency shown on the transaction receipt. The amount charged will appear in the cardholder’s card currency, subject to the card issuer’s exchange rates and fees.

8.Cancellation, Rescheduling, No-Show & No-Refund Policy

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be charged in full.
• Replacement or rescheduling is permitted only at the company’s discretion and only in exceptional circumstances; session packages are non-transferable.
• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice or joining the meeting more than 15 minutes late without prior notification and confirmation from us, the session will be automatically cancelled, marked as a no-show. No refund will be issued, and you will be charged in full.
• No-Refund Policy: All session packages and individual sessions are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of usage, scheduling, or early termination by the client. This is clearly communicated before purchase to prevent misunderstandings or disputes.
• Refunds are not standard and are issued only in exceptional circumstances where the session is cancelled by the company due to critical illness, hospitalisation, bereavement, or other unforeseen medical emergencies.
• Where a refund is approved:
    – Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
    – Refund processing may take 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank or payment provider
• Client-Initiated Cancellation:  Where an exceptional refund is approved, a payment gateway processing fee of AED 75 will be deducted from the session fee.
• Company-Initiated Cancellation: No payment gateway or processing fees will be charged, and a refund or priority rescheduling will be offered at the earliest convenience of both parties.

9.Packages, Validity & Refund Policy

• Session packages are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase, must be scheduled weekly, and cannot be extended. 
• Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
• If a client opts out of a package, sessions already used will be recalculated at the individual session rate mentioned above under the pricing policy.
• Any remaining refund amount, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
• Refunds are subject to reasonable administrative processing time.

10.Data Protection & Privacy

Personal information collected during booking, consultations, and sessions is handled in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

By booking through this website, you consent to:

• The collection, use, and storage of personal data for appointment management and service delivery
• The processing of data in accordance with the Privacy & Cookie Policy

Shubh Healing Lifestyle Consultancy does not sell or misuse personal data. Limited data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors) strictly for operational purposes.

11.Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Shubh Healing Lifestyle Consultancy, including recordings and guides, remain its exclusive intellectual property and are licensed to the client for personal use only, with no right to reproduce, distribute, or share them without prior written consent.

12.Physical Product Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

•  Wrong product sent
•  Defective product
•  Product damaged during shipping
•  Product tampering

13.Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

● Shubh Healing Lifestyle Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

●  No liability is accepted for outcomes, interpretations, or decisions made by clients based on the services.

● Access to the website and booking system is provided on an “as is” basis without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

15.Force Majeure

Shubh Healing Lifestyle Consultancy shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, government actions, illness, or force majeure events.

16.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
